All Makers Eve

- I will bring my creation in Wednesday, Oct. 30 to SICTR 2130 by 3 pm.
- I grant permission for my creation to be displayed, either physically or digitally, as part of the All-Makers-Eve event, Oct 31 through Nov 7th. Projects may be picked up by Friday, Nov. 8th by 12 PM.
- I understand that my project may be archived and documented for historical and promotional purposes. This may include cataloging, photographing, and recording details about the artwork for SICTR website, social media and print materials.
- I affirm that I am the creator of the submitted project and have the legal right to grant this consent.
- I understand that my participation in the All Makers Eve Creation Competition is voluntary, and I am under no obligation to grant this consent.
